Butterflyy Property Services prides itself on providing a quality service for your property maintenance needs.  Working with the client, our sole aim is to achieve what they require, in a timely, quality & fairly priced manner.  Our services include the following:

In addition to the maintenance element, we also work in property management.  We currently have a contract managing the property portfolio of over 75 properties in London and Portsmouth.

Tasks include managing and arranging, but not limited to:

- Liaising with new tenants

- Property viewings for perspective tenants

- Pre and post tenant moving cleans

- Corresponding with landlords & tenants

- Responding to repair requests and arranging contractors to attend

- Onboarding new tenants
